4. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription and service fees are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and original materials are owned by Tech At Any Age. Client-provided content remains the property of the client. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question during the prior three months.
